At Siamara, we offer 10 days from the date you receive your purchase to request a return. The garment must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with its original tag attached. Returns apply only to the original purchase, not to products that have been previously exchanged.

If the 10-day period is not met, the request will automatically be processed as an exchange. Items purchased on SALE or with discount coupons are not eligible for returns.

 

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and only the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the original payment method. Once we receive and approve the garment, we will process the refund via Mercado Pago or bank transfer, as applicable.
